Time Mastery: Take Control of Your Life

Course Description

Time waits for no one! I wish there are more hours in a day! I have no time to waste!

These sentiments are common in the working class today in our busy metropolitan city. We often get carried away with our work; barely have time for ourselves, family and friends. However, what we don’t realize is that a lot of time is wasted on unnecessary interruption, procrastination, and sloppy or disorganized work procedures.

Traditional time-management concepts teach us to manage our time wisely and plan according to the time we have. That is not enough. It is time to take control of your life. Do not settle for “enough time”. Master time and make it work for you!

Time mastery is more than managing your time and effort to fit a given time frame. This course teaches you to alter your perspective and identify the motivations for your goal. Aside from traditional time management techniques, it teaches you how to eliminate the time-wasters freeing more time for yourself.
